Their bodies are longer than the rhinoceroses, reaching 10.8 to 16.5 feet with a shoulder height of 5.2 feet. Hippos are the third largest animals on the animal planet after elephants, and the white rhinoceroses’ females can achieve a weight of around 3000 pounds, while the males weigh between thirty-five hundred and nine thousand and nine hundred and twenty pounds. Rhino horns can grow from 20 to 51 inches in length, depending on the species. The Sumatran rhino can grow up to eight to ten feet long and have a hoof shoulder length of 4.8 feet. The white rhino can grow to be 12 to 13 feet long and six feet tall at the shoulder. The largest subspecies is the white rhino, and the smallest is the sumatran, which weighs around 1,765 pounds.
